Tim Cook joined Shick in April 2012 as chief operating
officer. Tim quickly developed a performance-based culture through
goal-centered strategic planning and a human resources initiative that
instilled leadership commitment in all facets of the organization.
2014, Tim was promoted to president. After the completion of the merger between Shick Solutions and the Breteche Group in 2016, Tim was appointed as president and CEO of Shick.
Prior to Timís tenure with Shick, he served as vice
president of sales, marketing and product management for AMF Bakery Systems of
Richmond, Va. During his 10 years of service, Tim was responsible for product
management and developed AMFís Automation Technologies unit that specialized in
Tim established his reputation as a sales executive with
significant international work experience while working for the state of Kansas, Racket
Merchandise Co. and Marlen International Inc.
In his third decade of service, Tim continues to take
industry leadership roles that include board positions with the American
Society of Baking (ASB) finance committee, the Bakery Equipment Manufacturers
Association (BEMA) and previously with the Packaging Machinery Manufacturers
Tim is a 1987 graduate of the University of Kansas with a
bachelorís degree in Asian history. In his free time, he enjoys spending time
with his wife, Hunter, and two boys, Connor and Ian, as well as golfing and traveling.
